Hosted by
Hillel JUC of Pittsburgh
February 10-12, 2012
Be a part of the 2nd annual regional Israel Shabbaton and learn how to relate your own personal story to Israel's story. We will explore personal story-telling as an effective tool for being an Israel advocate. This Shabbaton is designed to empower students from varying backgrounds - Israel leaders, Birthright Alumni, Israel novists, and everything in between - to find their own voice and connect their individual experience to Israel advocacy on campus.
Along with educational and advocacy sessions, the Shabbaton will also feature an Israel Shabbaton 180 with a special guest speaker, networking opportunities for students, information sessions about grant and other funding for student-led Israel programming, and an incredible Night Out in Pittsburgh to celebrate Israel.
