    General Job Description: First and formost you must be an upity, happy, outgoing personality who is interested in welcoming people and making them feel welcome at the Hillel JUC. Some responsibilities include answering the phone, collecting peoples information, and attending two events during the semester. All workers must be able to work 3-6 hour shifts.Our hours of operation are 9:00am-10:00pm.

    Teaching and Leadership Opportunities
    Temple Sinai, in Squirrel Hill, is looking for an experienced song leader, preferably with guitar skills, and people interesting in teaching sunday school k-7 and hebrew. For more information contact Debbie.

    Thursday, August 24th Join the Hillel JUC to watch "Wet Hot American Summer" Catch up with old friends and meet some new ones. Meet in towers lobby at 7:30 to walk over. 8pm at the Hillel JUC. For more information contact Jackie.

    Friday, August 25th Come learn all the "things you didn't learn in High School" while celebrating Shabbat with the Hillel JUC. Services at 7 and a FREE dinner of Hummus/Babba Genoush, Pita bread, rolls / grape juice, tossed salad, Schnitzel, Vegetarian option, asparagus, Apple Kugel, Cookies at 8.     This weeks Torah Portion is Parshat Shoftim. It is a great refreshing portion addressing the issue of justice. It derives the question of how, in this morally ambiguous World, this can be achieved.
